Short answer: cbr (that page) is usually best for news and stuff. If you want to know when the new comics are, pullist.comixology.com seems the most reliable (the official Marvel calendar lies). To get comics, uh, local comic book shop if you're from the US and lucky enough to have one or comixology.com for digital editions. Marvel has their own digital shop too and an Unlimited option--an access to most of their comics, except six months late for the new issues, 10$/month. Or, um, other sources.
