LOL pretty much. Natasha values stealth in those sorts of situations, while Steve would just like James to obey the rules. Steve and Natasha agree on a lot of things -- like that James needs a bedtime, has to do his chores and not shove his dirty clothes under his bed, and eat his broccoli. Tony's much more freewheeling with the rules within certain limits. Tony's also the only one with a modern perspective child-rearing (having been a product of it) in comparison to Steve and Natasha. (I also believe that children weren't such malicious little shits 60 years ago). I like to think that eventually it all balances out.
