What's in your journal: Everything, really. Fandom posts, personal posts (though those are mostly locked). Every Wednesday I yell about comics! What rating is your journal: I think I set it at 18+ although most posts are SFW. Better safe than sorry. Interests/Hobbies outside of fandom: Uh. I like to read a lot, mostly SF/fantasy. I play video games occasionally (I started a Cap-IM Steam group). I guess that's also fandom. I like learning languages. I'm a big nerd. Do you have a DW/LJ friending policy? Not really. I will mostly only add back either people that I know or people who seem to be actively using DW and have things in common with me.
What you do in fandom (read/write/art/squee etc): I write! And I read. And squee. Occasionally I cry. How long you've been in the Marvel fandom: I've been in Marvel Comics fandom (mostly X-Men) on and off since the early 90s; I've been shipping Steve/Tony only since 2014, though. How time flies. Favorite Steve/Tony moment: I'm gonna have to go with the "azure eyes" bit. Not just because Tony compliments Steve's appearance, although that's nice too. I love it because we get their internal monologues about each other and it's clear that they adore each other and think the world of each other while simultaneously thinking they're each not good enough for the other one. Mutual admiration society + mutual inferiority complex! Favorite Steve/Tony universe: 616. I mean, MA:A is adorable, I have a soft spot for Ults, I am weak for Noir, I am determined to make Bullet Points fandom happen... but, yeah, 616 is where it's at. Rec a Fanwork: Garrideb's vid Downfall is basically why I started shipping it, so.
Other fandoms/ships you’re into: In Marvel I have a bunch of ships (not sure how I ended up shipping Carol/Jess and Carol/Wanda, but I'll take it) and I actually like a fair number of the canon ships. I have been in a whole lot of other fandoms. I am sure it will surprise you all deeply to hear that my first fandom was Star Trek. Other fandoms I have loved include The Professionals (Bodie/Doyle), Due South (Fraser/Kowalski), and The Eagle (Marcus/Esca). Exciting fandom plans/What are you working on next? I am working on All The Things, as we say. My RBB with phoenixmetaphor is posting on Friday. I have a couple bingo fills still ongoing. I'm collaborating with phoenix once again for the Steve/Tony anniversary zine. I'm going to start working on Magic's FTH story any day now, I swear. My plans for the Big Bang are slowly taking shape. And, of course, I owe the nineteen people who bid on me in STH a Star Trek AU sequel, which I get to start writing after BB. It has an outline already. Anything else you'd like to share (gif, pic, squee?): I am still looking for an in-universe explanation of the metal stripping art.
