Ohhh we have the same μ's favorite! Nico is a very close second though. My overall favorite is Riko, though. And my favorite subunit for μ's is Lily White, too! But Guilty Kiss for Aqours (I just can't resist all that rock and dance music!)

μ's: Loveless World, Angelic Angel, Datte Datte Aa Mujou, Snow Halation Lily White: this one is REALLY hard, it comes down to either Otohime Heart de Love Kyuden or Shunjo Romantic Printemps: oooh, probably NO EXIT ORION or Unbalanced Love BiBi: either Cutie Panther or Psychic Fire
Aqours: Thrilling One Way and Mijuku Dreamer Guilty Kiss: Strawberry Trapper (the first time I heard it I was just. floored.) but the preview for Kowareyasuki is REALLY, REALLY GOOD and it might get dethroned despite how much I adore Strawberry Trapper CYaRon!: Yozora wa Nandemo Shitteru No Azalea: Torikoriko PLEASE!! yup, same here :D
