Awww love across the multiverse is the best thing about stevetony for me too! Sifting through the comics is hard, but jeez 50+ years and they're still going hard!

Dude yeah sifting through comics is hard. I think I had a couple attempts to read some comics, but it honestly was the most confusing thing ever (like I started reading Ultimates and was like ??? I have no clue where I am, plus the #1 I started at apparently was actually several volumes in? I also had gotten a New Avengers bundle on Comixology and was like ???? what is going on why does it read like I'm skipping issues even though the numbers are going forward?), and it was happening right as Marvel was churning out a bunch of really BS stuff (AXIS, incursions, SIM, whatever the heck secret wars and everything to do with that is, etc), so I lowkey feel like I have, like, some lowgrade comics PTSD now 8) bc the thought of trying to read comics is D: D: D; >:(

most of what I know about comics I've gleaned from fics, masterposts, and tumblr, tbh
