Finally we're having our first ever friending meme for all community members, old and new! Whether this is your first time on Dreamwidth or you want to infuse your friends list with some new Steve/Tony squee, we hope you'll have fun!

my god it's been ages since I did a friending meme :)

What's in your journal: very little lately, but I want to get back into it! A bit of RL, fandom stuff which can go from squeeing to announcing what fic I posted. I tend to be partial to positive content :)
What rating is your journal: I guess it's PG, but my fics are generally M. But the DW itself? harmless ;)
Interests/Hobbies outside of fandom: Watercolor, guitar, football mom, movies
Do you have a DW/LJ friending policy? RL stuff is often locked, but I'm happy to add everyone. Fandom stuff is generally public.
What you do in fandom (read/write/art/squee etc): read and comment as much as I can, write, sometimes art, squeeing is fun (especially in person), I love chatting
How long you've been in the Marvel fandom: I was gone on Tony Stark when I saw IM1 in theatre, and I started reading on and off from there. But I started engaging and writing early 2012. I took a break at one point, but came back in 2016 :)
Favorite Steve/Tony moment: So hard! but I have a fondness for the 3490 panel below: I love knowing that in one universe, they are canonically married (and also love the idea of Natasha Stark, I am sure she kicks all kind of ass)
Favorite Steve/Tony universe: MCU is the one I know the most, but I have a soft spot for Noir. I read even canon I don't know, because I love them in any versions.
Rec a Fanwork: I just finished a great 3 part Civil War fix-it The Mailbox Full series (3 parts) by
Other fandoms/ships you’re into: I love Spideytorch, with the Avengers I do read Winteriron, but I am not very active in other fandoms at the moment. I watch GoT, Vikings, all the Marvel Netflix shows. I am very behind on SPN (why am I still watching? oh yeah. Dean. I still love him), less behind on iZombie, very fond of the GotG family, I love my goofball Thor and I can't wait for Spidey!!!
Exciting fandom plans/What are you working on next? Going to see Wonder Woman Thursday! As for Steve/Tony I am working on the two fics I auctioned for STH, and one has turned into a very exciting collaboration for Marvelbang :). I need to find an idea for a the comm's big bang because I signed up for that too, and one day I'll finish that sequel for my Noir fic "Love's old song will be new". *breathes in slowly*

I read the last two fics in Rurounihime's series last night and owwwww my heart. Made me happy, though, because I want CA:CW fics that hurt me, but in a way that makes sense for me and not many fics do that for me...but the second and third fics in that series did. :)

they hurt so good indeed. I generally love my schmoop, or at least angst with a good resolution and a happy ending, but CA:CW keeps brining in the hurt and I eat it up with a spoon :)

That is so accurate! I want to explore that verse more.
I also did a tandem sign up for Marvel Bang. Don't worry about the Big Bang. Proper sign-ups are in September, but if you need brainstorming we are all here to provide help. :)

I've done MarvelBang since it first appeared, but it's my first time in tandem and it's very exciting. I am also on the solo track, which I'll have to see about! lol! and thanks, I love how everyone has tons of story ideas, I am sure I'll find something exciting :)

I love both the marvel and dcu bang and I'm going to do/try to do both this year.

Oh man, I really like Spideytorch, too! I always thought they were fun together, but then I found Traincat and fell down the rabbit hole :D

My getting in Spideytorch is TOTALLY Mizzy and Traincat's fault! Traincat is such an amazing enabler, too, and welcoming. I love those dorks. That makes me think I have a fic that came back from beta that was intended for Spideytorch week and I never posted it, oops!

I just finished the last fic of the Mailbox Full series as well and now I want to read it all over again. It's like a punch in the heart, but so good.

Thank you sweetheart, that's so nice of you! I just posted my astronaut AU, but there is many more to come! I have, like, 5 little one shots I wrote last year that I never polished, on top of the big projects above. lots and lots of words ;)

I also read the Mailbox Series--that was some talented writing and glorious tragedy. I loved it!

my goodness, I love Dean so very much. And Jensen Ackles is one of the few celebrities I've met and he's so beautiful. So so so beautiful. And nice. As for Thor, he's my big puppy, I love him too. Yay mutual loves! *high fives*

And also thanks for reminding me of Spideytorch which never fails to make me smile. It's like a stealth ship- I forget about it but then something happens and it's one of the best things ever.
