Community Updates
To prepare for the upcoming season of community events (our annual Big Bang, Tiny Reverse Bang, and Rec Week), the mods will be doing some maintenance and housekeeping for our events and archives. Here are some things you can expect:
In the past few months,cap_ironman has already revamped its sidebar, community profile, and posting guidelines for easy perusal! We're still in the process of updating and remaking our slashy moments list, but in the meantime, you can sort through moments through our (in progress) tag list.
- A new version of our Events Masterlist will be posted.
- An Advertisement Requests page will be available, where you can comment to request for permission to promote your event in our community.
- We'll be posting a General Events Policy, which will cover general rules and etiquette that concern all of our events and address some frequently asked questions (co-creators and collaborations, our event age policies, how to navigate AO3, etc.).
- We'll be sharing Cap-IronMan's Defaulting and Participation Eligibility policy to detail what 'defaulting on an event' means and what may result from it.
- To make room for our growing community of Steve/Tony creators, cap_ironman will be upgrading its account in the future.
- The mods will be sorting through all the tags on Dreamwidth and Tumblr for more consistent tagging and archiving.
