I'm glad you restricted yourself to the letter A. If you had done the whole alphabet, I would have melted into the floorboards and never returned.
"America" and "Alive" made me want to cry; the first because it hits pretty close to how I feel about this country,


If I had done the whole alphabet, I would never have gotten finished in time -- I barely finished this thing on time to post on the 4th as it was. *grins* I have to admit, there was some projection-of-my-own-opinions-onto-Steve going on there.

the second because, well:

He doesn't, he really doesn't. Tony's mental and physical suffering has always been kind of a theme in Iron Man, but the amount of pain and punishment he goes through during Civil War and afterwards (right up into current canon) is really something special in terms of "abuse inflicted on a fictional character."

You make me want to write, and write better. Thank you so much for sharing your talent.
