At first I thought it was kind of strange that Tony was the one who was so insistent about Steve moving in, but the man really isn't as much as a commitment-phobe as he seems sometimes, and he's greedy enough to want as much of Steve as he can get. *g* And Steve has had trouble sometimes with trying to figure out where his place in this world/time is. So I can see it.
