i absolutely loved scared!steve...the fact that he's gone into soldier mode and made all of this like a mission is intense...

Yay! People picked up on Steve being in "mission-mode"! We wanted to give him enough motivation to seriously contemplate killing Zemo, hence combining fear for his (new) family with the fact that Zemo killed Bucky (his only other family).

tony can be so pushy and possessive about his tech..

Tony's tech-things are his babies (and he'll defend them to the paranoid and irrational death, as he demonstrates in Armor Wars). Plus, Tony likes flying the quinjet.
