Strictly speaking, the Mighty Avengers are actually led by Carol (Ms. Marvel). It's just that, since they work for the government, they answer to SHIELD, which answers to Tony, so it often looks like the Mighty Avengers are led by Tony. But Carol has had some minor angst over him interfering with her leading her team, so I thought the hairsplitting was necessary. *g*

(Also, unless you meant that the New Avengers are all vaguely red colored, I believe that should be "rogue", not "rouge".)
