Notes:freakydarling was indispensable. Written for the Halloween challenge, for the prompt 'ghostly revenge'. Since I never declared my intention to write for the challenge, the story isn't late! (I don't know, it worked in my head).
The Deep is basically gen, though it's possible to read it as Steve/Tony and/or Carol/Tony. The Steve/Tony relationship is pretty central to the story though, so I think it belongs here, regardless of the slashlessness.
