The thing is, Steve is such a good soldier though. He knows the whole chin up, shoulders square, stiff upper lip vibe from WWII. He'll probably want to be alone, and say how Tony was his best friend (I know that Tony considered Steve his best friend), and ... *manly sniffles*

You aren't going to get Tony Stark levels of emotion on this one.
