why not "tony transfering personality via extremis to the main-computer of StarkIndustries" (before or after confessing his undying love for cap..)???

I mean there HAS to be some kind of back-up plan... you talking about TONY STARK... controlfreak extraordinaire.. he wouldn´t take a chance with something like suddenly dying... would he?
