Tony's generally late 20s/early 30s in my head depending on the point in canon you're dealing with (basically, I picture him & Steve at their canon ages - so I actually see him as early 20s in the old Tales of Suspense stuff) but you're dead on with the killer cheekbones & long, thin-bridged nose, and your collage is closer to my mental vision of him than anyone else's yet, because there's a lot of volume 1 Heck/Colan/Layton influence in my mental images of him. Definately yes on having some arm hair/chest hair, too (though the breastplate probably rubbed a lot of it off early on, plus there's the scarring he'd have pre-Extremis. Which no one ever draws, damn it).

I tend to think of Tony with a more angular, narrowing down at the jaw kind of face, though (but with a square chin) rather than a straight rectangular/square-jawed face. Sort of a mix of Zircher & Maleev and some of the newer stuff with the old school stuff.
