Yay! More story! I really, really like this; it's cool to see the Avengers having internal problems (along with, you know, the aliens taking over the Earth) and sometimes failing to deal with them, but always trying because they're a family. This particular segment got to the heart of that, I think. Even as Carol thinks that she's not "part of the family," all of the things that she resents happened because she totally is. I think I'm enjoying/looking forward to the Carol/Wanda even more than the Steve/Tony.
Also, I snickered at Tony's critique of the Argonian civilization. So much fun all on its own (if he can't use his brain on the technology, he's going to analyze the entire society for efficiency), and ironic because he kind of does the same thing to himself with the Avengers (holding his political/monetary/tech contributions less valuable than physical fighting).
New installments of this are a high point of my week, so I'll add my voice to the unbeta'd and often chorus. You've already got two pairs of eyes on it, which seems to cut down the flaws a beta would get rid of anyway.
