Something about the Ult!Universe, that just leaves me with the impression that their Steve/Tony will be more intensely and physical. Almost like angry, but not (quite). 616!Steve scowl when he had a verbal fight with Tony about drinking, and then he goes outside and punch a wall, Ult!Steve would probably have snatched the drink out of Tony's hand in the same situation, and then we get that scene straight out of Gone With The Wind.
