One might even say he walks the empty streets on the boulevard of broken dreams. When the city sleeps, he's the only one and he walks alone. ;-)

I think that was the only picture of Steve smoking in the book. I imagine he sneaks outside for a smoke once every few months after missions involving the ghostly memory of Bucky.
