He knew that tone of his lover's voice as well, and he could tell that Tony was just as worried about what was possibly being done to Stone as a part of this currently mysterious plan. Again, though, he opted to say nothing on that front, figuring that whenever Tony wanted to admit as much, he'd do it on his own terms.
