This was gorgeous. I hadn't realised just how much Tony had actually done to damage the Argonians, and Isimud's pain really brought that home. It's interesting that he never thought that if they'd asked for help, instead of trying a conquest, things might have been different. I wonder what sort of changes this will make to their culture; will the caste system break down a little and the mechanikos gain more power, will they still be imperialistic?
