This is fantastic. You've really captured the essence of Tony and translated it into the essence of what Tony would be like as a woman. The little clues to the arc reactor and her role as Iron Man are great, too--very like Cap to notice it all, but not to consciously put it all together. Poor Steve. He never realized that descending into Tony's lab would be worse than storming Normandy.
