Didn't we have the "it's wrong to sleep with people whose mental faculties are impaired" conversation with Steve/Sharon?

Steve and Sharon have apparently resumed their relationship without so much as an "I was brainwashed into sleeping with you" or "What an interesting scar on your tummy". So the conversation is... not being had.
