On Jan/Tony, I think you're being a little harsh - sure, it was poor judgement, but it seemed to me he genuinely wanted a relationship with her, and when it was pointed out he was being a dick, he did sack up and tell her. He should have been smarter, certainly, but I think saying he wanted rebound nookie is unfair.
