Yeah, the difference between Ultimates and 616 and Movies isn't really obvious until you get to the details, because a lot of it could be characterization disagreements. Thankfully, the bit where Ultimate Tony was blue as a child and had brain tissue EVERYWHERE has been retconned. Whew.
