I think that it became 90214 by way of merging the timelines. I'm almost positive that 7207 was specifically Iron Man Noir, but the wider umbrella came from Spider-Man Noir (which I think was first?) and covers everything in the series.

TL;DR, Marvel jerks us around for fun. :(
