With Ult Peter's background, it actually makes a ton of sense that he'd be watched by SHIELD. And it's also kind of sad. D:

I'm not sure if you know, but [spoilers, please highlight] in Ultimate Origins it was revealed that Peter's father was on the team of scientists trying to recreate Project Rebirth. They were killed by the Hulk, with baby!Peter as the only survivor. So Ultimate Nick kind of feels responsible for him. (May have been retconned, IDK)

Poor Coulson though. Babysitting Tony in movies, and teenagers in Ultimates.

I'm hoping that they make an exception for Peter. (squishes him)
