Fic: Future (drabble)
So, while I was supposed to be working on my NaNo novel, I distracted myself with a drabble meme for which I wrote my first bit of Avengers fan fiction ever. It may be only 100 words but I still wanted to share this momentous occasion;P

“Jetpacks and flying cars are very nice,” Tony says, munching on his sandwich thoughtfully. “But the one 'future' thing I really want to see is the food pill.”
“The what?” Steve asks, frowning.
They're sitting in Tony's workshop, where Tony would work nonstop on his latest project if Steve didn't keep interrupting him with sandwiches at regular intervals.
“The pill that has everything you need so you don't need to waste time eating food.”
“But I like food.”
“When you're eating it for pleasure it's wonderful. Relying on it for sustenance is hopelessly inefficient.”
