Help with a Fic

Due to a crossover which ate my brain, I have actual plot points in a Rat Patrol/Captain America crossover which has a good chance of going sideways and getting Tony involved.  Are there any fellow Rats who would be willing to bounce ideas around?

What's Rat Patrol?

Rat Patrol is from 1966. It was a television show about an Americanized group of Long Range Desert Group men. It takes place in North Africa in 1941 through 1943 (estimated). This show is fictionalized immensely.

The real Rats operated in Africa as early as 1939. Though "Desert Rats" is the nickname of the British 7th armored off the time, it applied to the division because of their association with the LRDG, hence "Rat Patrol". The LRDG's history can be found here: http://lrat.aowc.net/lrdg.htm. Put in comic book terms, if you're looking for real life Howling Commandos, they were probably Kiwis with the LRDG.

I enjoy the actual history of the unit. And if you're willing to suspend some belief, Rat Patrol is a lot of fun.
