I probably write them as too well adjusted, especially for the movie!team (I just pretend this is some future date where they all get along) but I love team!fic and I love teams that, while dysfunctional about some things, have genuine affection for one another and pull together when they need to. I don't mind conflict as long as it's resolved by the end of the story and then EVERYONE HUGS.
