The kink-meme is supposed to be open to prompts from all universes, so I guess as long as the OP hasn't specified that they want X universe only, or that they don't want Y universe, it should be fine? Because yes! Ult!Steve would make a marvelous (and scary!) wedding-planner! :D (you should totally go for it!)
A question to mod? I was planning to post lists in blocks of 15 pages, one every day for the four days of hiatus, but is that okay according to the anti-spamming policy... what do? I'll totally bow to modly authority on this one. :X
