Ah, I'm not much of a DC person so the DCnU didn't affect me emotionally. I had read the previous run of Batwoman and have the issues of the current run sitting on my coffee table. Are you enjoying that series? The covers are so gorgeous I'm afraid the interiors won't live up ;-)
Wonder Woman... well, I really love the art. And the story for the most part is holding my interest. It's very heavily entwined with greek mythology, which I like. But the Amazons come off as complete douches, which makes me sad because I want the DC Amazons to be awesome and strong and compassionate warriors who are *not* bloodthirsty or rapists or killers of male infants.
Beyond that, I haven't really emotionally connected with any of the characters. The stuff they do is interesting, but I don't feel invested in whether they succeed. Much, at any rate. Diana befriends a normal mortal woman and I suppose I want that woman to get through the story okay. Everyone else, meh.
