Looking for a Fic

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me out! I read a fic a-while back that started with Steve waking up in the ocean or on a beach in the middle of no where. Tony's in this small town with no memories but he helps the mechanic or something? It ends with them fighting together to save the town/world from this guy controlling magic? (I think there were fish-gods or something)

And wow I really can't remember that much about it but if any of this sounds familiar to anyone let me know! Thank you <3

I remember that, it was a big bang I think, and it had "stars" in the title? Sorry, I know that's not super helpful, if I find it I'll let you know.
