Besides, who would say no a string of prearranged dates with beautiful people?

Notes: Not really a sequel - the so called prequel was written ages ago so I didn't have to do any backstory explaining away the aftermath of Civil War in the main text. Basically all you need to know is that Tony uses the bat phone to lure Steve back, and then they kiss. Now it's many months later and they've never even talked about it. More broadly, this story does involve a fair amount of pining, some sexual content and language, a lot of confusion and some seriously low self-esteem on the part of our protag, and very mild references to PTSD.

Fic Summary: Pepper's getting married. Tony's handling that about as well as anyone expected.

Tony finds himself in a whole new world, hunted down by an old enemy he'd thought he'd dealt with, and rescued by an old hero he'd thought was dead...
