Fic Summary: There’s someone else, someone hidden, also observing these people. Steve can feel it, even if no one else seems to. There is a constant weight on his back, as if an invisible hand on his shoulders.
Someone is trying to take over the world and Steve seems to be the only one to realize but there is nothing he can do, so he leaves. A few weeks later Tony finds him in the middle of nowhere and says he has a plan.
