NEWS! **links contain spoilers**
Writers Williams and Blackman quit over creative differences with DC when told they were not "allowed" to let Batwoman get married. DC swears this has nothing to do with Kate being a lesbian; they just oppose superhero marriages in general. One wonders if Rememder's Sharon Carter fiasco was influenced by similar editorial "guidance". Or how about Rumiko Fujikawa? Is the M word in comics an acknowledged mark of doom (and cheap foreshadowing tool)?

Cap gets a new side book in January with the re-re-launched Invaders. Oh, and other titles are getting renumbered because apparently that's what Marvel does for fun between events.

Catching up with Infinity and Avengers #19.

Some fantastic pics from Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., which premieres September 24th.

I'm very sure the M word is a no-go in many cases. Which is also why Peter Parker and MJ are suddenly no longer married after a reboot etc. I'm not entirely sure why, but it seems to be a "rule" that marriage kills some of dynamics in a superhero's (male and female alike) life. Sometimes I boggle at writers. To me, it sounds like lack of imagination ;)
