The details (as usual) are:
The #cap-im IRC channel is on dal.net. If you're using a regular client, the server is dal.net and the channel is #cap-im. Or you can use the web-based client here: http://www.dal.net/ On the right where it says "chat now", choose your nick and enter #cap-im as the channel. If you reach a prompt without joining the channel, type: /join #cap-im

Heh, we saw you! There should be long window (I think at the bottom?) of the page where you enter your text. If you didn't see one, some people have been having trouble with it, you could try another browser or get a regluar IRC client like mIRC (http://www.mirc.com/).

Aw, sadness. I missed today because of Chinese holidays being crappy and having to go to work on the weekend. T_T
