It’s a newsletter!
I know, staggering, right? It’s December all of a sudden, the holidays (and gift exchange) are around the corner and we’re in the middle of Big Bang posting.
November turned out to be the month where 1 mod spent half of it travelling with very little web access, 2 mods lost their laptops, and we were running 2 fests at the same time. We’re sorry the newsletter got left behind in the rush. It’s back though and full of good stuff!
Comics and Movie News:
Marvel’s Infinity event is ending, as Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso talks about over here - beware the many spoilers, of course. There’s also a review of Infinity #6 over here (again with many spoilers).
In Iron Man news, Tony is no longer in space (it looks like Captain Marvel is joining Guardians of the Galaxy instead). Not as related, but we can’t resist linking to these two new pieces of Black Widow art by Phil Noto.
Frank Grillo, who plays Crossbones in Winter Soldier, talks about how Crossbones may show up elsewhere in MCU.
Community News:
The Big Bang is just about wrapped up. The Holiday Exchange is gearing up (posting will be between the 25th and 1st), submissions are being finished and polished and we’re excited to see all the presents when they arrive :)
We’d also like to point you all towards the 50 Years of Cap and Iron Man celebratory meme. It’s over here and will run for the next few months as we move towards the 50th anniversary of Cap joining the Avengers.
