artist/author tags

I think I've caught everyone up at this point with new tags.  There were a couple places where I wasn't sure which account name to use.  Let me know if I missed anyone or if you'd like me to change anything.

This goes for everyone.  Leave a comment if you want your x: creatorname tag changed or updated.  The tag itself will be edited and will still point back to all your posts. :)
