Cap-Ironman Summer Event: Tiny Reverse Bang!

Hello!  Welcome to the very first Cap/IM Tiny Reverse Bang.

What is it?

It kind of works like a rbb, but with a few tweaks.  Artists submit “art prompts” to the capim-tinybang tumblr,  working with four chosen themes.  Artwork will be posted one at a time, and writers then respond with drabbles.  At the end of a set time period, we’ll do a drabble round-up post before moving on to the next piece of art.

Schedule:

Now - June 24th: Artist
submit intent to participate (just for a rough headcount)
Now - June 24th: Artist work on Artwork
June 24: Artwork due and submitted to tumblr
June 28: Posting of art begins/ Writers respond with drabbles

**if you do not have a tumblr you can still participate! Artists can send an email to cap.im.events@gmail.com, and for writers we will set up a collection on AO3 so that we can find your fics even if you're not posting on tumblr about it.

Maybe they can work something out for those that don't have/want a tumblr?

I'll check back here from time to time to see if there's any options usable for a non-tumblrite, like me.

I thiiiiiiiiink that you don't have a tumblr account to submit works to a tumblr with submit option open? Then you could just do that and put your name in the submission. But I'm not 100% sure.

I don't know tumblr at all. I'm just going by the 'writers guidelines' linked in this post, which sounds like you need your own tumblr to do it.

4. All participating writers must create a tumblr post for their ficlets and use the “#capimtrb2015″ tag within the first 5 tags of their tumblr posts.

Yeah, but I doubt they'd really forbid you to participate if you wanted to just because you don't have tumblr... Well, let's wait for a mod answer.

I don't know why I'm even curious about it, I have an MCU AU assignment I should be working on.

Plus I've been giving myself a self-imposed challenge to fill as many AvengerKink prompts as I can, so it's not as if I don't have enough ficcing to keep me busy.

You absolutely can still participate! There are a combination of things we can do, but the simplest is to make a collection for the drabbles on AO3, so that we can find your fic and add it to the round-up posts. If you don't use AO3 we can also set up a post here on the comm for fic submissions :).

Yay, cool. I will be trying to participate then. :^) I use AO3, so that'd work well for me.
