I am think of setting a story in MA. Then I realize that I'm satisfied with the canon enough to think of ideas. What an irony.

MA is totally adorable on its own. I just want MOAR canon. :(

Heh. I was looking over the fic tag in my LJ recently, and noting how all my output in this fandom has been either angsty, bigbang-length h/c epics or or short humorous fluff-fests, nothing in between. And the angst-fests have been in 616 or Noir, but the fluff stories are all in the MA 'verse. Because apparently I can't come up with anything for MA other than "OMG they're all so CUTE!"

I agree, it's harder to find plot bunnies for MA: Avengers. But not impossible! Which reminds me that I never posted my one MA fic to cap_ironman. Huh.

In other randomness, who's read the Fighting Avenger? How adorable is it, on a scale of 1-10? My vote's a 14.

It was adorable beyond belief! That bit with Steve running away from a tank, chanting "Shields are not for throwing, shields are not fcr throwing..." to himself is possibly my favorite comics moment ever.

Yes. And how sad he was when the rest of the team wouldn't let him help. "That's not even one of my codenames. :("

I need to get the shield line on an icon. Just give me ten minutes with an image editor.

I hope this comic is a good indicator of the Steve we're going to get in the movie, because he's just too earnest and sweet for words.

That's what I'm hoping too. Of course, we're not going to get anything quite as kid-friendly, but this sort of Steve would be perfect.

I can totally picture all those lines coming from Chris Evans. And him making a very srs face as he says 'Top men are working on it, sir.'
