We had another exciting and very busy month here at![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-community.gif)
cap_ironman! Some events were wrapped up, some are ongoing and some started. Nobody has reason to feel bored and we hope nobody feels overwhelmed.
The 2015 Big Bang round wrapped up with the final entries and the Masterlist is up now here.
The Holiday Exchange has revealed all the works. All works can be found in the 2015 Captain America/Iron Man Holiday Exchange Collection on AO3 or through the reveals posts here on the comm: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. Until creators are revealed there is still time to play guess the creators.
We are also starting up the new year with new events!
The first ever Cap/IronMan Fanfic Remix has started and sign-ups will run until next Sunday, January 10th (23pm GMT). For reference, here are the full Rules & FAQ for this year!
Also one of our most popular events is off to a good stat: the Cap/Iron Man 2016 Reverse Bang is now open for art submissions! The rules and schedule for this year can be found here and we have and the RBB mod team has an inspiration posts up and linked for your convenience.
And last but not least, the current round of Stony Bingo is still running until the end of the month! So everyone don't hold back and try to fill your cards or ask for a new one if you are daring enough!
For everyone: The Cap-Iron Man Slashy Moments List moved a while back and now finally has an updated new and shiny index! We are away that there's still lots of work until it's up to date again, but we are ready to meet that challenge in 2016. For that reason we keep accepting any ideas or submissions people have for new moments in this post on lj, and in the #slashy moments list tag on tumblr for comics, AA, EMH, and the MCU. If you know a good gifset or photoset or want to make one of your own favorite stevetony moments, feel free to show us. Or just tag it on tumblr! We are still collecting as of now.
We want to thank all the event mods for their hard work, running the 2015 events and all participants and users for making this comm the lively and fun place it is! Here's to a wonderful 2016 with all the Steve/Tony love for everyone!
Also note: We are switching community newsletters to the first weekend of the month from here on forward.
Marvel news:
In Marvel news, Secret Wars still has not entirely wrapped up, but we are getting more and more glimpses of the new post-event universe in the new ongoing titles. We also got the first and unexpected "on screen" comics meeting of Steve and Tony in the new universe Gwenpool Holiday Special #01.
And while Marvel is getting ready for the MCU be hit by Captain America: Civil War they are publishing a lead up in the
Marvel's Captain America: Civil War Prelude comics (issue #2 out now). Also, they've announced a All-New Civil War II Event that will presumably shake up the freshly shaken up universe yet again.
