cap_ironman | Call for Mods: 2016 Holiday Exchange

Fall is in the air, and that means the Holiday Exchange is approaching! If you don't already know, this is our annual fic & art exchange we run from mid-October to early January to celebrate the winter holidays. Mod duties include ironing out the exchange platform; hand-matching sign-ups; organizing the pinch-hit list; ensuring that everyone has a gift that meets their letter; and organizing reveals, round-up posts, and reblogs. This year we're also considering bringing back community gifts, which would require additional management of prompts/gifts to the community.

We are currently looking for an additional one or two mods for this event so that no one gets overburdened. Whether you have previous experience with another event or community, or are just looking to get more involved with the Cap-IM comm, we're happy to hear from you!
