Rec Week 2017: Artful Tuesday
Every year we have been asking our members to rec all kinds of fanworks for the different themes of rec week, but traditionally most recs have been for fic. Our community is lucky though to have as many talented artists who create a sea of awesome Steve/Tony artworks and comics. Therefore this year we have a special day for art recs and today is the day to tell us about all the beautiful Steve/Tony art you can think of and give our artists some love!
Note: Please mark major warnings for your recs, and if you have time, let us know why you’re reccing it!

This year we have three ways to share recs:
1) comment on the day’s Dreamwidth or Livejournal post
2) Reply to the day’s tumblr post
3) Post to tumblr with the tags #capimrecweek
4) Tweet links to your rec posts @cap_ironman using the hashtag #capimrecweek
Have fun! And remember that you can go back and add more recs to the previous days if you missed out or thought of something new, even after a new day has rolled over. While we especially encourage works produced in the last year, old favourites are welcome as well on all of the other days!

Today I’m going to rec my favourite artists, without choosing a single fave piece by anyone, because they are all really great and I can’t choose!
hellogarbagetime – art tag – does a variety of universes and themes from fluff to angst and I love everything about her art. Her Tony is the prettiest and I always find myself losing time when looking at her art.
cazdraws – art tag – does the cutest stevetony you can imagine! I really really like her style, it’s very distinctive and so great and she’s giving me feels all the time.
shaliara – art tag – I LOVE her so much, and she’s drawing one of my favourite body types for Tony: muscled by lean. And SO MUCH awesome hurt/comfort *_* But also NSFW goodness and angst and just all around awesomeness.
mushroomhobbit – art tag – I mostly associate her with happy, heart-warming comics, but don’t be fooled, she does angst too! She’s always making me so happy with her art *_*
ranoutofrun – art on ao3 – is great for newer canon art, lots of angst, and really detailed armour pictures! She always puts so much attention into her work, it’s amazing.
baneme-art – art tag – she keeps drawing my favourite things! So much awesome Director/Commander art, but also AI Tony and 1872 and great AUs.
dksartz – art tag – full of awesome cute Tony and great colouring! I really like their style, it’s so vivid.
krusca – art tag – stevetony in many universes, very pretty Tony, and some very, very NSFW pieces that you all want to see. Also ANGST. THE ANGST.

This is a comic about the ideal sequel to the Red Zone arc moment in Avengers v3. It was also the first SteveTony art I have encountered, back when I joined the fandom, and the style is so good, so similar to the comic one, that I had been temped more than once to print it and add it to the end of my Red zone arc trade. (And not fanart per se, but they also did a civil war stevetony statue!)
