Steve´s outfit reminded me of something (especially the suspenders) 
I thought it was a scan I saw once...

Before you ask me, I don´t have the slightest idea who that woman is...except that her name is Connie and she probably is a lawyer...

Connie Ferarri. Dated her for a while in late vol. 3, broke up when she found out he was Captain America.
