Monday: Donate-a-Prompt

Don't we all know this feeling of having too many ideas to write and no time to write them all? Is there this one headcanon that you really want to read but can't write it? Or that frustration when you actually do want to write but you can't come up with anything?

If you have prompts or headcanons that you want to provide for your fellow writers and/or artists, here's the time and place! Anything is welcome, just take note to attach appropriate warnings if applicable.

Yeah! I sometimes post prompts here. It'd be nice to see more people doing that, or just chatting about other people's prompts. These sorts of things are more the merrier after all.

Okay, then!

Soo, Valmasy was beta-ing my STH piece, which has a bit in there about Cap not thinking IM could possibly be interested because *come on*, he's *Iron Man*, of course he's *sooo* far above Steve! (While Tony just sits there slackjawed, of course.) And Val said that she wanted a fic where Steve thinks maybe the reason Tony isn't making a move is the "actual reason", which is that Steve is Captain America and that's kind of intimidating. Steve doesn't want to use the Cap persona to pressure, after all... She called this "Self Aware Steve" and I instantly wanted it too! But I have less than no time to write it, and we missed the Community Gift window with it, so... Here! Have a prompt!

That's nice, I like that. I can picture Steve trying to find subtle and not-so-subtle ways to remind Tony he's "just a kid from Brooklyn."

You know how in some horror movies, the protagonists stumble into some ancient tomb or something and wake whatever was buried there? I was thinking something similar, only it's Tony stumbling into Steve's tomb and waking him. Of course Steve is pretty far off from a horror movie monster...
