The SteveTony Kink Meme Round Nine is now open! The round will run for the entire month, and you’re free to post and fill as many prompts as you want. All the round information and prompts are in this post, and remember you can fill prompts from any previous round. Be sure to check out the Round Eight Fills.
We have once again wrapped up another successful Cap-IronMan Remix Event! Thank you to all who participated in every branch of this event, be it the main exchange, the relays, or the madness. We had an incredible 78 works created between the three branches of the challenge. Be sure to check out all of the works on the Remix 2018 Masterlist.
Our 2018 Reverse Big Bang is moving along as well! This is just a reminder to all teams that posting date claims will be April 21st. More information to follow closer to the time. If for whatever reason, you don’t think that you will be able to complete your work, please notify the RBB Mods ASAP at cap.im.events.@gmail.com.
The Cap-Ironman 10-Year Anniversary Celebrations are still going strong! We have have a lot to celebrate in this amazing community. Check out our most recent Anniversary Celebration: News and Updates post for all of the details as to what has been happening.
As part of the celebrations, we have announced the start of the Cap-IM Comment Bingo! We are all very excited for this event as it gives us the opportunity to show appreciation for all of the creators in our amazing community, and engage more with non-creators. This event will be running through to the end of May, so there is plenty of time to request a Comment Bingo Card and join the fun! And don’t shy back from requesting another card after you’re done!
Also we are pleased to announce the opening of our The Steve/Tony Multiverse Ship Manifesto & the Cap-IM Slashy Moments List. The purpose of this is to involve the whole community in creating an updated Ship Manifesto and Slashy moments list that reflects all of the changes that Steve and Tony have undergone in the last ten years and offer an ongoing place to share your thoughts on the ship and give new people a starting off point. To learn more about what a Ship Manifesto is, and to join the conversation, check out the post.
Some of the Community Anniversary events are wrapped up, so we would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has participated up until now. Whether you have created for a challenge, joined a discussion, supported a creator, or yelled about your feelings — THANK YOU! If you haven’t seen them already, make sure to check out the Alphabet Challenge Masterlist and the results from our Best of Steve/Tony (2008-2018) polls.
The party never stops around Cap-IM, and The Celebration of 10 Years of the MCU is almost here! There are more great events coming up in the weeks leading up to, and following, the release of Infinity War. To see what’s coming up, check out the 10 Years of MCU: Info and Schedule.
Marvel News - possible spoilers:
The second trailer for Infinity War was released, ramping up our excitement for the upcoming showdown hitting theatres April 27th.
Captain America #699 was released earlier this month seeing Steve leading a fight for freedom in the far future. Marvel has also announced that they will be changing creative teams after the release of Captain America #700
Invincible Iron Man #598 is set to be released next week, March 28th, continuing the Search for Tony Stark.
Marvel has also announced the full creative team for a new Iron Man series, Tony Stark: Iron Man, which is set to debut in June. You can get the full scoop here.
Marvel Solicitations for April have now been posted, and include Invincible Iron Man #599, Captain America #700, and Avengers: Shards of Infinity #1 which brings Captain America together with Black Panther, Falcon, and Black Widow.
