Hello to all those of you hard at work at your Big Bang collaborations! There are exactly 2 weeks until posting dates will be claimed, and we thought it a good time to bring up a topic you may not have thought of yet: beta readers.

While not compulsory, we highly encourage all writers to have their fics beta read before posting, as this improves the quality of your writing and can make you feel a lot more confident about your fic!

Finding a beta reader can be a bit intimidating, so we've created a masterpost which we hope will serve as your primary resource regarding how to approach a beta, how to choose a beta and what to do with a beta's feedback, as well as covering who to become a beta and what you should and shouldn't do on both sides of the writer-beta partnership.
