What's in your journal: Right now just really old posts imported from LiveJournal in 2010. :) But since tumblr seems to be in its death throes, I hope to post about Steve and Tony, comics stuff, books, politics, writing, other fandoms, some life things, cooking, poetry, etc.

Interests/Hobbies outside of fandom: reading (fiction primarily), volunteering (I read aloud and record newspaper articles for an organization that offers services for visually impaired people), reading/writing poetry, playing piano, listening to music, politics, parenting (not a hobby, but I am a parent, so it interests me. ;) )

If you're generally kind, you're more than welcome. :) We don't have to agree on everything or ship the same characters, just respect that everyone sees things differently. I love me some Stony, but I am perfectly able to love Stucky too, and Steggy, and Romanrogers, and Barbershop Quartet and Thundershield, and and Everyone-Poly-Because-Avengers too. Basically, I ship Steve with anyone who loves him and treats him well. That last part is key. I used to be into Harry Potter, briefly dipped toe into BtVS, and I still have a fond spot for Vertigo comics. Lately though, it's all Avengers, all the time.
Exciting fandom plans/What are you working on next? I'm knocking about the outline for Foundling which should be the final installment of the Changelings series -- give or take the Muse messing with me. I'm also poking at the outline I DID NOT write for this year's Captain America Big Bang, which is an AU in which Steve Rogers doesn't stop when he gets to Times Square, and instead disappears into the homeless society of NYC, adopts a street kid named Ian, and then one day accidentally saves Tony Stark's life.

Favorite Steve/Tony moment: Oh, that's hard to answer, but the first thing that came to mind was the absolute beauty of Avengers Prime #3 when Steve saves a naked Tony and then they ride off on horseback. My jaw sort of hit the floor the whole moment that happened.

I am a big Star Trek fan (particularly TNG, DS9, and Discovery); honestly I'm a big fan of sci-fi in general (Babylon 5, Westworld, Doctor Who, Stranger Things, The X-Files, Farscape, LOST, Stargate SG-1, Black Mirror, The Twilight Zone, Red Dwarf, Quantum Leap, Futurama, etc). Black Sails. The Leftovers. Better Call Saul (and Breaking Bad). The Americans. Brooklyn Nine-Nine. It's Always Sunny. Luther. Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. The Good Place. The Handmaid's Tale. Justified. The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Dear White People. Bob's Burgers. Deadwood. Used to really like The Walking Dead (and shipped Richonne hardcore) until they killed off Carl. I was pretty done with it after that, but I still love the characters.
As for ships, I am a multishipping hoe, so I am up for pretty much anything (that's between two adults that should go without saying tho). Like I love Rhodey/Tony and Pepper/Tony a whole lot.

Favorite Steve/Tony moment: This is like asking me to pick my favorite kid, not that I have kids. You'll have to ask for specific universes because there's a whole multiverse out there with lots of Steves and Tonys who love each other! :P
Favorite Steve/Tony universe: MCU and 616 are my favorites, but I love Ults, Noir, AvAc, EMH, and...pretty much any universe with them. MCU and 616 are where things started for me, though, and what made me fall in love with the ship and stay in this fandom for as long as I have, so they're my top two.

Other fandoms/ships you’re into: I'll go for non-Marvel ships because otherwise the list might be long (but just know that Steve/Tony is my OTP and is pretty much all I talk and think about even though I have other ships like Bucky/Nat, Sam/Bucky, Sam/Rhodey, etc.). I used to be a lurker in the Inception fandom and liked Arthur/Eames. Brad/Ray from Gen Kill although I don't really read fics from that fandom. I recently got into Band of Brothers and loveeeee it. I'm not sure if I have ships other than Winnix because how can you not ship them, but I love all of them and their relationships. Wait, no. There's Lip/Speirs. BoB might be the rare fandom where I might be up for reading any ship or most ships because I love all the characters so much. I got into this fandom way too late, though. :( It's such an old show, and the fandom seems quiet even though I haven't had much of a chance to explore it between MTH and real life responsibilities sucking up all my time now.

Here's the summary:

Steve returned from the war injured in body and mind- and able to see the dead. At loose ends and desperate to get out of New York City, he accepts a fellowship through the Stark Foundation and retreats to a quiet lake house on the grounds of the Stark Mansion. He's supposed to be there to paint, but he quickly realizes that the house is more than he bargained for. Anthony Stark died here a decade ago, but was it an accident? A suicide? Or a murder? Obadiah Stane still lives in the main house just up the hill, and the past casts a long shadow.

When Tony's ghost begins appearing to him, Steve becomes more entwined in the dangerous mystery surrounding his death. Even worse, he finds himself falling for a man who died a decade ago...

Features lots of ghosts, murder, secrets, and supernatural revenge. Also Thor and Rhodey.
