Ahh thank you! I'm glad you like my content haha most of it is just random ramblings I try to put into a coherent post.

Honestly, ideally I wouldn't want to move, but with Tumblr being a sinking ship I'm making contingency plans. And it does seem like DW and PF are better at fostering a community anyway :) either way, we'll still be in touch!!

What's in your journal: Nothing other than links to fics on AO3 and some Tumblr drabble crossposts. I use it to follow people and comms, but considering the whole Tumblr fiasco, who knows? Maybe I'll use my journal more often.
Interests/Hobbies outside of fandom: I like too many things so I don't really know where to start haha.
Do you have a DW/LJ friending policy? As of now, no. Feel free to follow me on here although as I said, there's not really a reason to as my journal's empty. You're always welcome to send me an ask, DM, or tweet wherever you find me.

What you do in fandom (read/write/art/squee etc): Read, write, comment (I've been very bad with commenting lately, but when I do comment, you can't shut me up). Lol I'm editing this because I somehow forgot that I modded/organized things in this fandom until I read other people's posts, but I'm one of the mods for Marvel Trumps Hate. I can't believe that was a thing. It feels like it was a dream. So tiring but so worth it.
How long you've been in the Marvel fandom: Six and a half years now!
Favorite Steve/Tony moment: This is like asking me to pick my favorite kid, not that I have kids. You'll have to ask for specific universes because there's a whole multiverse out there with lots of Steves and Tonys who love each other! :P
Favorite Steve/Tony universe: MCU and 616 are my favorites, but I love Ults, Noir, AvAc, EMH, and...pretty much any universe with them. MCU and 616 are where things started for me, though, and what made me fall in love with the ship and stay in this fandom for as long as I have, so they're my top two.

Other fandoms/ships you’re into: I'll go for non-Marvel ships because otherwise the list might be long (but just know that Steve/Tony is my OTP and is pretty much all I talk and think about even though I have other ships like Bucky/Nat, Sam/Bucky, Sam/Rhodey, etc.). I used to be a lurker in the Inception fandom and liked Arthur/Eames. Brad/Ray from Gen Kill although I don't really read fics from that fandom. I recently got into Band of Brothers and loveeeee it. I'm not sure if I have ships other than Winnix because how can you not ship them, but I love all of them and their relationships. Wait, no. There's Lip/Speirs. BoB might be the rare fandom where I might be up for reading any ship or most ships because I love all the characters so much. I got into this fandom way too late, though. :( It's such an old show, and the fandom seems quiet even though I haven't had much of a chance to explore it between MTH and real life responsibilities sucking up all my time now.
Exciting fandom plans/What are you working on next? Someone asked me about my plans today, so here's my answer.
Anything else you'd like to share (gif, pic, squee?): YES! I haven't been able to read these yet because I've been so busy and I pass out as soon as I go to bed, but asktheravens finished the Fandom Trumps Hate fic she wrote for me.

Here's the summary:

Steve returned from the war injured in body and mind- and able to see the dead. At loose ends and desperate to get out of New York City, he accepts a fellowship through the Stark Foundation and retreats to a quiet lake house on the grounds of the Stark Mansion. He's supposed to be there to paint, but he quickly realizes that the house is more than he bargained for. Anthony Stark died here a decade ago, but was it an accident? A suicide? Or a murder? Obadiah Stane still lives in the main house just up the hill, and the past casts a long shadow.

When Tony's ghost begins appearing to him, Steve becomes more entwined in the dangerous mystery surrounding his death. Even worse, he finds himself falling for a man who died a decade ago...

Features lots of ghosts, murder, secrets, and supernatural revenge. Also Thor and Rhodey.

LET'S TALK ABOUT THIRTEEN! Love her. She's her own Doctor, but it's amazing how much she reminds me of previous incarnations without feeling like she's not her own person, you know? I stopped watching it for a while, so seeing the Doctor again and seeing all the new AND the familiar made me happy.

Wow, oil painting! That takes a lot of patience. I never tried, but I'd like to do it one day.

What does bird watching entail? I get the general gist of it, but do you go to a specific place and look out for certain birds? Do you have a list of birds you want to see? Do you just like sitting on a bench and seeing all the birds fly by? I never really thought about what went into doing it because, well, the activity name is self-explanatory. Now I'm curious.

I know absolutely nothing about medieval manuscripts. What made you get into them? What's your favorite? What do you do to learn more about them? Go to museums? Follow certain people on Tumblr/Twitter/somewhere? :O

I have been doing it for ages and ages now. It is very relaxing and I really only get two paintings a year done because I have no time. But it makes me happy and I think that's all that counts. I've done Steve and Tony as well as Steve and Bucky (as WS). I also did Thor but that painting was destroyed. I do have pics of all of them. :)

Bird watching right now for me is less active than I would like it to be. I would love to go hiking and look for birds (I love to look for hawks, owls, etc). But I am mostly restricted watching my feeders as well as going on walks on our property (we have 6 acres). We have hawks, owls, and eagles around here. We get tons of song birds - so beautiful.

haha i'm glad they were popular with someone lol, they don't usually get many notes. almeno tu as well is way less popular than everyone who already knows it thinks it is :D

about the manuscripts: i've loved the middle ages since i was a teenager, but i got seriously into manuscripts at uni. basically, i got a degree in them lol. my favorite is the lindisfarne gospels, but it's a very obvious choice. it's gorgeous though, so i don't care. i want everyone to love it. i had the absolute pleasure of seeing it for real (it's at the british library) and i got so emo. i also have a very soft spot for the chi rho page from the book of kells--hugely famous, but it's the first manuscript i saw and it made me fall in love with them. also gorgeous: the codice trivulziano 1083, which contains dante's comedy with stunning illustrations. also the vaticano latino 3195, containing petrarca's canzoniere--so precise, tidy, so easy to read. to learn more about manuscripts you can definitely go to museums, but i also read a lot of books. there's a very active community of philologists and medievalists on twitter and i share their tweets very often. some of them are also on tumblr, and i reblog their stuff too, but tumblr right now is what it is lmao.

YES I KNOW RIGHT. Steve is SO emotionally invested in what Tony's doing/going to do/decides generally, and whenever Tony ~disappoints him or whatnot he always throws such a fucking fit, or he sulk endlessly, or both, and it's like WOW, dude, wow, yeah. XD And that's super on display in Casualties of War--he's so focused on "why are you doing this, Tony" like WHY ARE YOU LETTING ME DOWN/DISAGREEING WITH ME, he's so upset by it, while Tony's more trying to actively persuade him/explain himself in a lot of ways.

Adoribull is fully deserving of its name, and I'm baffled as to why so many fans seem to inexplicably hate it. I love their background banter and the fact that they canonically go the sex-leads-to-feelings route.
