Cap/Iron Man Remix 2019 works unveiled on 2/21



It is time for Cap/Ironman Remix works to be unveiled! Come and see what all creators came up with and leave them some love.

Remixes will remain anonymous until after everything is revealed, so please refrain from posting or sharing what you created until creator reveals on Sunday, February 24th.

Mind the warnings and content notes on all works!

Today we are revealing the 2019 Captain America/Iron Man Remix Exchange works!

REMIX EXCHANGE




★ Chance Encounters (On a Deadline Remix) (MCU, G, 1994 words)

Even if Steve's come out of the ice, he remains frozen in time.

But the clock's ticking, although he doesn't notice.





★ Conference [Staff Meeting Remix] (616, T, 1923 words)

Steve wants to form a new Avengers team and hopes Tony will join, but Tony still has his doubts. Perhaps, all they need is some time together.





★ the face and the mask are mirrors, baby (the genderqueer remix) (616, M, 16085 words)

When Tony’s young, he thinks maybe he’s built wrong. He thinks: Maybe one day, if he gets good enough, he’ll be able to redesign Tony Stark. Cast himself in a new mold. One day, he’ll be better.





★ I know you've suffered, but I don't want you to hide (The Undisclosed Desires Remix) (MCU, T, 1895 words)

When Steve gets injured on a mission, Tony has to consider what he really wants.





★ Inspiration (Sci-Fi Dreams Remix) (MCU, T, 1526 words)

Steve turns to books and movies to understand the nightmares he's had since he was a kid selling newspapers.

★ Lost Love is Sweeter (when it's finally found) (MCU, Not Rated, 1300 words)

Tony had always encouraged Pepper's expanding of his art collection, but it wasn't art he was really looking for.




★ Moon River (616/Noir, M, 3632 words)

The high-pitched voice of a woman brings him back to the present, and to his plan for the night, which is to dance until his feet hurt and maybe snatch a kiss (or two) on the dance floor. But in order to achieve this, he needs to forget about his work and the war raging outside, at least for a few hours. He can do that, right? He damn hopes so.






★ My Bloody Valentine (ambiguous, E, 3456 words)

Turns out some viruses can still affect Steve.





★ The Sugar Shank Redemption (MCU, E, 2385 words)

The story so far: Steve has bailed Tony out of jail after an incident involving public intoxication and stabbing Clint Barton with a candy cane shank. Tony has begged a (disappointed, worried, and angry) Steve to build on some established pet play rituals of theirs to punish him. We left Steve ordering Tony to get ready…




★ Tattoos and Frangipane (Frosting and Ink Remix) (MCU, G, 1172 words)

Tony is a baker who's been thirsting over the tattoo artists across the street for months now.





★ then sirens, then bells (the broadcast remix) (MCU, T, 8794 words)

The Enchantress opens Tony's mind to anyone and everyone near him. Steve knows he should let Tony keep his secrets, but he's not noble enough to stay away.





★ This Kiss (Kisses Remix) (MCU, T, 1030 words)

Steve kissed Tony and Tony does everything wrong.

★ Touch-Starved (The Life Saving Procedure Remix) (616, T, 1994 words)

Steve's hit by a spell that's meant for Tony and he doesn't admit how much it's affecting him. Tony has a solution that might solve more than one problem.
